The ILRC submitted a comment to USCIS on the agency’s proposed changes to the Form N-600K, Application for Citizenship and Issuance of Certificate Under Section 322. We commended the agency for the improvements made to the form and asked that the agency prioritize applications for children who are close to turning eighteen and aging out of eligibility for citizenship under INA Section 322.
